Mr. Bridgelalsingh is a Hindu and vegetarian who strongly believes that we can only help those who want to better themselves, provided that they are willing to make all the necessary sacrifices to get the job done. Help those who help themselves. He is Aries born and has absolutely no free time for himself since he travels the world, dances, judges carnival and contributes his expertise to the projects. Molly Bridgelalsingh founded and has been at the helm of the Caribbean's number one  dance school, Vikash Dancers.  It is under his skills as the artistic director that our dance school has been recognized in this region and internationally as Trinidad & Tobago's best dancers, the most versatile in the western hemisphere.

After completing his secondary level education, he persued several areas and obtained numerous certificates in his chosen field. Management, marketing and business are areas that he persued at  different institutions in his spare time.

After attending San Fernando Technical Institute, holder of Five GCE ‘O’ Level subjects, he left the teaching profession to persue a career goal and life long dream of brining to Trinidad & Tobago international glory through our culture, artistic impressions, skills and diversity.

Other Training:

He holds several certificates in Marketing Etiquette, International Diplomacy Protocol and International Relations, and also Certificates in Personal Management and Self Development and Self-Esteem Enhancement with internationally recognized institutions.

As an Entertainer and Performer:

Under the stage name “Molly”, the Miss Universe of Dance Mr. Bridgelalsingh became an internationally recognized and world renowned female impersonator. His dance performances won top honors and prizes in many major talent competitions and cultural contests in Trinidad & Tobago such as Mastana Bahar, Scouting For Talent, Upper Level Club Lip Sync Talent Contest, Prime Minister’s Best Village, Tarang and Caribbean Tarang. The list goes on and on. His dance performances have graced every event, show concert and function staged in Trinidad & Tobago. In all cultural arenas such as Chinese, Syrian, Indian and African culture, the name “Molly“ is recognized with scintillating Trinidadian local dances with a true Trini and crossover flavor. He tours annually and has contract arrangements with television stations to supply them with DVDs of his latest performances.

Cultural Experience:

He has been a Marketing Manager, Artistic Director, Costume Designer, Make-up Artiste, Tutor and Chorographer of the Caribbean’s number one dance group ‘D’ Vikash Dancers. His contribution in this field brought enormous success for him in the Caribbean, USA Canada and UK. It is under his direction and leadership that this dance school has won hundreds of prizes, awards, merits of gold, competitions and awards of recognition for outstanding work representing Trinidad & Tobago’s culture around the world.
