Vikash Dancers was the official dancers who performed alongside Soca Star Denise Belfon throughout carnival with her mega hit 'Indian Man'. Our local ShahRukh was her Official Indian Man.
We were chosen by the Ministry of Culture to perform for all cultural events in 2000 and beyond.
We won the Peoples Choice Award, 1st place winner of Mastana Bahar 2000.
For three consecutive years we placed the highest among all dancers in TnT National Competitions and won the Peoples Choice Awards. We also placed 2nd in the Grand Finals of Mastana Bahar and the Indian Cultural Pageant.
We created history as the first Indian dance group to cross the Queens Park Savannah Stage on Carnival Monday and Tuesday in 2001 as a dance band.

Molly won the most amount of Peoples Choice Awards (31) by any artiste and still holds the title for the largest amount of votes recorded by any contestant in any year. This title remains undefeated up to this day.
